Porphyry slabs (A) are brought from the quarries and selected by colour and thickness to assure basic uniformity per project. The slabs are reduced to cobblestone sizes by means of guillotine cutting (B) to retain the natural look of the material. The stones are sorted by colour and sizes (B) for each module and amassed (C) for production.Skilled hands assemble the cobblestone, face side down into the module form (D) and pour the joining matrix on what will be the underside of the module. The modules are cured (E) inspected during the quality control process (F) and finally crated (G) for container shipment and delivery to job site.
