Satin Finish Stone Sealer
Product Description
EuroKem 6147 is a water-based penetrating natural sealer for deep penetration of porous and semi-porous natural stones. Unlike other polyurethane-based sealers which changes the colour of the treated stones drastically, EuroKem 6147 does not change the colour and leaves the surface satin matte look.
EuroKem 6147 is highly resistant to ultra-voilet rays and is therefore suitable for use on internal as well as external areas.
Sandstones; Limestones, Solnhofener stone); slates; textured granites; sand blasted marbles; bricks; terracotta tiles; clay pavers and most porous surfaces.
Directions for use
Apply a thin even coat onto damp clean surface using a brush, spray or roller. Should a second coat be required, apply wet on wet immediately after 1st coat. Leave to dry thoroughly (approx. 45-60 minutes).

Product Description
EuroKem 6148 is a microacrylic emulsion perfected for superior performance as a specially formulated sealer with superb ultra-violet resistance. Leaves a clear tough gloss finish. It does not peel and is suitable for both interior and exterior usage.
Applications
Sandstones; Limestones (Solnhofener stone); slates; textured granites; sand blasted marbles; bricks; terra-cotta tiles; clay pavers and most porous surfaces.
Directions for use
Use undiluted on damp surface. Apply a thin even coat with a brush, spray or lambswool roller. A second coat may be applied before first coat dries out.

EuroKem 6096 is a stable solvent based hydro-acrylic impregnator which is ultra-violet resistant. It cures to an extremely tough coating which increases the hardness of the stone, thereby reducing heavy traffic, even vehicular traffic. EuroKem 6096 does not peel and is fungal resistant. It is suitable for use both in indoor and outdoor applications.
Applications
Suitable for pebbles, pebblewash, cobblestones, flamed granite, clay pavers and roofing tiles.
Directions for use
Surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry and free from oil and dust.

Mosaic and Ceramic Tile Grout Protector
EuroKem 6151 is formulated to protect grouts against stains, efflorescence, dirt, algae and bacteria. It will not change the colour of the grout and enables easy maintenance.
Applications
Cement and colour grouts.
Prepare surface by making sure it is free from dust, oil, grease. Apply EuroKem 6151 by spraying a thin even coat onto the grouts. Clean off with a damp cloth after 1 hour.

Product Description
EuroKem 6067 is a bio-degradable and safe non-acidic degreaser.
It is extremely effective in removal of old stains, soap scum, algae and dirt from tiles and grouts. EuroKem 6067 is formulated to break-down stubborn stains and all forms of fats effectively. Follow treatment with EuroKem 6151 for a problem free finish on tiles and grouts. For natural stone surfaces, follow cleaning treatment with impregnator.

EuroKem 6154 conditions the surface on which it is used regularly in maintaining its polished finish and enhancing the shine. Also contains anti-slip agents and is non-filming, thus giving a natural look and smooth feel to the treated surface.
Applications

Heavy Duty Acid Cleaner
A heavy duty acid-based cleaner which will remove the toughest stains, cementitious grout, rust stains and efflorescence immediately upon contact. EuroKem 6063 is an effective cleaner which is also safe to use.
Also effectively washes a stone floor to non-skid honed finish.
Applications
Terra-cotta tiles, sandstones, slates, granites, unglazed ceramic tlles, bricks. Not suitable for polished marble, unless anti-skid, honed or antique finish is desired.
Directions for use
For washing and removal of stains: Dilute EuroKem 6063 with water in the proportion of between 1:3 to 1:10, depending on the stone surface to be treated.
Apply to surface, leave to act for 10-15 minutes and scrub with non-abrasive brush.
Do not allow the chemical to dry up.
Rinse off thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
For anti-skid or antique acid-washed effect: Apply EuroKem 6063 onto dry surface and alow to react for 2-5 minutes for anti-skid effect and 5-15 minutes for antique finish.

Stainproof Impregnator for Polished, Honed
And flamed Marble & Granite
Description
EuroKem 6064 is a stain proof impregnator water and oil repellent which protects marbles and granites and similar from dirt, grease, beverages and juice, both polished or honed. EuroKem 6064 does not leave any film, nor cause the stone to yellow and still allows vapour transpiration.
Application
Apply a thin even coat of Eurokem 6064 by means of a soft brush, low pressure sprayer or lambs wool. Repeat the application after 2 to 4 hours.
· TABLES, KITCHEN TOPS, VANITY TOPS ETC.
As soon as it has dried (at least 1-2 hours), buff off with a white or red pad or fine steel wool.
· FLOORS AND WALKING AREAS, HEAVY PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC AREAS
Allow it to dry for 7-9 hours (usually overnight) then remove all excess with floor machine with fine steel wool pad.
Maintenance
For regular maintenance clean the surface with EuroKem 6086, a neutral pH cleaner and occasionally with EuroKem 6154.

Product Description
EuroKem 6224 is a long lasting penetrating moisture proof treatment particularly effective for back surface and edges treatment prior installation. Offers excellent resistance to alkali agents, dirt, water, efflorescence caused by impurities in the sand.
High permeability and vapour transpiration prevents appearance of dampness on stone surface. Does not change appearance of stones after treatment.
Applications
Can be used on all natural stones, homogeneous, Terracotta tiles, on back surface and edges. Can be used on the finished surface of most natural stones such as polished/honed Marble, Limestone, Granite, Terrazzo, Homogeneous tiles and Terracotta tiles.
Apply thin even coat onto clean, dry, oil-free surfaces with brush or roller. When dry, apply 2nd coat.
For back surface treatment, leave to dry totally preferably 12-24 hours, otherwise 60 minutes is acceptable.
For finished surface treatment, drying time should be at least 2 hours. At least 2 coats to be applied.

Product Description
EuroKem 6235 is an effective cleaner for ceramic tile and all natural stones, especially terracotta tiles. Made of an alkaline base with a special formula to built- break up grime, dirt, scales deposits, oil, algae and efflorescence. EuroKem 6235 does not contain any harsh chemicals and has been formulated with built-in corrosive inhibitors, thus preventing damage to metallic surfaces during the cleaning operation.
Applications
All types of natural stones like marble, granite and ceramic, homogeneous, terracotta tiles.
Directions for use
Dilute EuroKem 6235 with water in the proportion of 1part to upto 6 parts, depending on the degree of soiling. Can also be used pure on very dirty areas.
Apply to surface with a mop. Then brush vigorously till the cleaning solution turns brown colour. Alternatively, if available, use a scrubbing machine. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
For Terracotta tiles, follow washing of EuroKem 6235 with a wash of EuroKem 6063 for best results.

Product Description
EuroKem 6089 is solvent-based, and is specially designed to remove old impregnators, sealers and sometimes surface stains on polished or unpolished stone and ceramic tiles. EuroKem 6089 can also be used to clean surfaces prior to and impregnation treatment.
Can be used on polished marble, granites, limestone, most natural stones and ceramic tiles.
Directions for use
Spread EuroKem 6089 undiluted on the surface in a small area. Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes and then scrub vigorously with an abrasive pad or floor machine. Mop up excess solution or rinse off with water, and then vacuum dry area. Repeat the operation for stubborn stains.
Caution

Product Description
EuroKem 6237 has been formulated after years of research for a simpler, longer-lasting treatment for Cotto and Terracotta material. EuroKem 6237 when used after an application of EuroKem 6224 provides for excellent stain, grease and oil protection. EuroKem 6237 can be used for both internal and external applications without leaving a thick yellowish film. EuroKem 6237 has been studied to provide tough protection for heavy pedestrian and light vehicular traffic areas. The finished product provides a beautiful matte finish, depending on the type of material used.
Applications
Cotto tiles, Terracotta tiles (both hand-made and semi hand-made), slates, pebbles, flamed granite and textured marble (rough).
Directions for use
On a completely dry surface, apply EuroKem 6237 undiluted with a brush, spray or lambswool roller in thin, even coats, instead of a single thick coat. Should a second coat be required, apply only after the first coat has cured. Allow at least 4-6 hours before applying the second coat. When the surface is dry to the touch, it is then ready for light pedestrian traffic. Allow at least 24-48 hours for vehicular traffic.

Depending on condition and surfaces, approximately 8-15 m2.
Re-treatment
Depending on the wear pattern, floors can be re-treated whenever necessary. A light washing with EuroKem 6235 multi-purpose cleaner followed by EuroKem 6063 cleaner would facilitate the re-treatment process to remove dirt, oil, grease and other contaminants.

Anti-Slip Floor Treatment
Product Description
EuroKem 6291 is an invisible non-slip treatment for ceramic tiles, terrazzo and concrete. EuroKem 6291 anti-slip floor treatment is a specially designed multi-stage process that effectively micro etches the floor surface, creating a microscopic thread on the treated surface. The finished floor will now have an effective coefficient of friction on the surface, even in wet conditions. EuroKem 6291 is a permanent process and EuroKem 6291 becomes part of the tile itself and will last for years as long as the floor is clean.
Note: EuroKem 6291 anti-slip floor treatment is not a coating, covering, wax or acid wash that simply cleans a dirty floor. It will not peel, lift, or chip.
Can be used ceramic tiles, homogenous tiles, terrazzo, concrete and granite.
Directions for use
1. Ensure the surface to be cleaned treated is free from oil, grease, dirt and any other contamination.
2. If required, wash floor with EuroKem 6235 Multi-Purpose Cleaner or EuroKem 6067 Concrete, Granite &Tile and Grout Cleaner for extremely dirty and oily floors.
3. Apply an even coat of EuroKem 6291 a squeegee/brush and leave on surface according to the recommended time below. Never allow product to dry; always keep damp.
4. Test periodically for non-slip effect, if necessary.
5. When the desired non-slip has been achieved, wash off any excess product with EuroKem 6235 cleaner. This would help to neutralize the floor.
6. Rinse the treated floor with plenty of clean water.
7. Do not pour unused product back into the container.

Note: This time guide is suggested only as a guide, as it is not possible to provide the exact reaction time due to the wide variety of materials used and the weather condition. We therefore suggest that checks be made periodically to determine the desired non-slip effect. Due to the characteristics of some tiles, there might be some flatting effect or slight colour change. It is recommended that the product be applied on a test area away from the main floor to be treated.

Approximately 20-40 m2 per litre for the 1st coat.
Retreatment
Although not necessary, the floor may be treated as when required. The treated floor needs only to be maintained by normal washing of hot water or EuroKem 6235.
Caution
Not to be ingested. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles and footwear. Ensure that working area is well ventilated, and do not inhale product directly from container. Rinse all equipment after use and do not reuse empty container.
If poisoning occurs, consult doctor immediately. Give plenty of water and DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING.
Additional Information
Should a chalky residue appear on hard surfaces after the application, clean surface with hot water or apply EuroKem 6235.
